Sanding Line for Straight and Curved Pieces, Especially for Chair Legs

Mingda designed the sanding line for straight and curved pieces in order to meet different needs for wooden dining chairs and furniture. This line is ideal for processing irregularly shaped wood workpieces such as chair legs. After the chair legs are shaped, this sanding line automatically carries out surface sanding, edge sanding and brush sanding to ensure a smooth, fine surface.

This highly efficient sanding line improves working efficiency and reduces labor intensity that is part of manual sanding processes. With the same output yield, Mingda’s sanding line requires 5 to 6 fewer operators than a manual sanding process.

Our sanding line also ensures the final processing effect has a high quality due to the components imported from internationally known names. After processing, the chair legs can then be painted.

The sanding line for straight and curved pieces, particularly for chair legs, includes 1 automatic feeder machine, 3 double sided belt sanders, 1 edge sander, 2 brush sanders, and 5 belt conveyors.
